About the role
Support clients using Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Engineering to configure and maintain engineering libraries. Provide training, problem-solving, and client communication to improve workflows.
What you’ll do
• Work closely with clients to review progress and roadblocks. • Build and validate product data and machining rules. • Train clients on Toolbox and Engineering libraries. • Document progress and issues for support team. • Pass client feedback to development and content teams.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in CAD/CAM or engineering software. • Hands-on with Microvellum Toolbox or INNERGY Engineering. • Knowledge of configuring and maintaining engineering libraries. • Ability to explain technical ideas clearly. • Strong organization and time management.
