About the role
Lead strategic rollout and optimization of commercial fleet programs to enhance customer experience. Drive initiatives improving fleet operations and collaboration across teams.
What you’ll do
• Lead execution of fleet programs and digital enhancements. • Maintain relationship with Field Operations Team. • Troubleshoot POS and fueling technology issues. • Partner with IT, Marketing, Operations, Finance teams. • Promote fleet services via marketing and events.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 4+ years in retail, fueling, or fleet management. • Knowledge of fleet POS systems and payment networks. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
