About the role
Provide dedicated support to patients and doctors regarding benefit coverage, payments, and inquiries through the patient services support center.
What you’ll do
• Provide personalized support via phone and online portal. • Investigate insurance benefits and assist with payments and denials. • Assist with prior authorization and benefit verification. • Search for alternate reimbursement resources and enrollment assistance. • Enter orders, track shipments, and maintain records.
What you’ll bring
• High School Diploma with 4 years or Associate's Degree with 2 years healthcare experience. • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. • Ability to multitask and work independently or as a team player. • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. • Positive attitude and detail-oriented.
