About the role
Lead strategic planning, implementation, and monitoring of humanitarian programs in Nigeria. Manage grants, partners, and support emergency response efforts.
What you’ll do
• Plan and implement programmes per strategy and quality standards. • Lead programme team and coordinate with finance and operations. • Manage grants and ensure donor compliance. • Develop programmes and support fundraising. • Mentor staff and partners for capacity building.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years senior experience in project design and monitoring. • Lead multisector program with diverse technical components. • Knowledge of Nigeria and thematic programmes. • Experience managing multi-year grants and donors. • Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or related field.
