About the role
Provide planning, coordination, management and monitoring support to the UNICEF Representative's office in Nigeria. Support programmatic and management processes to ensure effective functioning of the Nigeria Country Office.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate research and prepare substantive position papers. • Support implementation of UNICEF programmes and advocacy. • Manage workflows and priorities for Representative's office. • Monitor actions and follow-up mechanisms of SMT and CMT. • Prepare materials for meetings and reports.
What you’ll bring
• Advanced degree in social sciences or related field. • Minimum five years relevant professional experience. • Strong planning, coordination and management skills. • Fluency in English. • Knowledge of another UN language or local language desirable.
