About the role
Support customer complaint handling and project management activities in the life science industry. Ensure timely complaint investigations and compliance with procedures.
What you’ll do
• Support timely completion of product complaint investigations. • Assess incoming complaints and determine next steps. • Perform visual and functional analysis as needed. • Verify and close complaints with minimal supervision. • Support QA in writing GMP documents and complaint metrics.
What you’ll bring
• Willing to work onsite in Indianapolis, IN. • Associate's degree in Engineering or Life Sciences. • Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office. • High attention to detail and problem solving. • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
