About the role
Coordinate the MiracleFeet Clubfoot Programme to expand access to quality treatment and manage program activities in Nigeria. Support clinics, monitor data, and lead program expansion efforts with regular field travel.
What you’ll do
• Develop and implement behaviour change communication strategies. • Support clinics to achieve key performance indicators. • Analyze program outcomes using digital tools. • Lead HANDS Nigeria expansion efforts in clubfoot programme. • Maintain program dashboards and conduct supportive supervision.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in related field. • Minimum 5 years program management experience. • Experience with digital data-collection platforms. • Strong report-writing and data analysis skills. • Fluency in English; Hausa preferred.
