About the role
Lead building construction projects from mobilization to final handover. Manage site team, enforce HSE standards, and deliver civil/structural works on schedule.
What you’ll do
• Lead site engineers, supervisors, foremen and labour daily. • Plan work, assign tasks and track attendance. • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors. • Supervise civil and structural works. • Prepare reports and update project programme.
What you’ll bring
• B.Sc. or HND in Civil Engineering or Building Technology. • 5-10 years site-based civil construction experience. • Minimum 2 years leadership managing building projects. • Proficient in architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. • Strong technical writing and leadership skills.
