About the role
Coordinate customer engagements from demonstrations to ongoing technical support. Ensure successful delivery of Echodyne solutions with focus on customer satisfaction and timelines.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate prospect and customer delivery projects. • Manage planning, scheduling, and delivery of technical engagements. • Serve as customer point of contact for project progress and issues. • Work with Solutions Engineers, Sales, and Product teams. • Develop and maintain project plans and documentation.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 5+ years in project or technical program management. • Experience managing customer-facing projects. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Familiarity with radar or aerospace industries preferred.
