About the role
Lead projects from design through construction administration, coordinating teams and managing client communications. Ensure project quality, schedule, and budget adherence while mentoring team members.
What you’ll do
• Lead small and midsize projects from design to construction. • Communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and CEO. • Review drawings and documentation for accuracy. • Coordinate trades across structural, MEP, civil, and others. • Manage construction administration and track schedules and budgets.
What you’ll bring
• Licensed architect with bachelor's or master's degree. • 10+ years architectural experience, 5+ years project management. • 3+ years construction administration experience. • Advanced Revit proficiency and technical detailing skills. • Based within 50 miles of Dallas/Fort Worth airports.
