About the role
The Project Planner develops, maintains, and monitors project schedules for construction projects. They ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet contractual obligations.
What you’ll do
• Prepare and submit progress reports and schedule updates. • Monitor project progress and report deviations. • Coordinate with project managers and site teams. • Maintain resource-loaded schedules and support planning. • Assist in Extension of Time claims and delay analysis.
What you’ll bring
• 8 years experience in construction project planning. • Professional certification like COREN, NIOB, PMP mandatory. • Proficiency in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. • Strong communication and analytical skills.
