About the role

What you’ll do
• Lead project lifecycle from conception to handover. • Manage regulatory engagements with Lagos State agencies. • Optimize resource allocation and project performance. • Oversee timelines, budgets, and cost-saving initiatives. • Lead multidisciplinary project teams and enforce HSE standards.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's in Civil and Structural Engineering. • 10+ years senior project management experience. • Licensed member of COREN and NSE. • Experience with Lagos and Abuja regulatory agencies. • Strong financial acumen and multi-billion Naira budgeting.
