About the role
Lead and manage large-scale real estate projects ensuring timely, budget-compliant delivery. Oversee regulatory compliance and project lifecycle from conception to handover.
What you’ll do
• Implement advanced project management methodologies. • Serve as primary contact for regulatory engagements. • Lead multidisciplinary project teams. • Enforce quality, health, safety, and environmental standards. • Provide regular project status reports.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years senior project management experience. • Registered member of COREN and NSE. • Bachelor’s in Civil and Structural Engineering. • Experience with Lagos and Abuja regulatory agencies. • Proven track record delivering large-scale projects on time and budget.
