About the role
Manage daily accounting tasks and ensure financial accuracy for specific properties. Maintain audit-ready accounts and provide accurate reporting and forecasting.
What you’ll do
• Post and process journal entries. • Update accounts receivable and issue invoices. • Perform accounts payable reconciliations. • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports. • Assist with monthly/yearly closings and accounting projects.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. • Proven experience as a US Accountant. • Excellent organizing and attention to detail. • Strong numerical and analytical skills. • Knowledge of MS Office; Yardi a plus.
