About the role
Support property and secured lending legal administration for AU/NZ operations. Manage caveat and loan documentation workflows with precision.
What you’ll do
• Manage end-to-end administration of property caveats. • Prepare caveat registration and discharge documents. • Conduct preliminary title and property-detail checks. • Coordinate caveat lodgements and withdrawals via PEXA. • Review loan documents for accuracy and completeness.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years supporting Australian legal or property matters. • Experience as conveyancing or property paralegal. • Knowledge of caveat preparation and registration. • Familiarity with PEXA and electronic settlements. • Strong written English and communication skills.
