About the role
Manage property operations including maintenance, rent collection, tenant relations, and staff supervision. Ensure compliance with tenancy laws and maintain high occupancy levels.
What you’ll do
• Oversee renovation, repairs and maintenance of estate. • Manage rent, service charge and fee collections. • Prepare budgets, reconciliations and tenant statements. • Conduct property inspections and address complaints. • Recruit, train and supervise site staff.
What you’ll bring
• Degree or HND in Estate or Property Management. • Minimum 4 years property management experience. • Experience in rent collection and arrears recovery. • Knowledge of property operations and tenant relations. • Willingness to work on-site in Ajah, Lagos.
