About the role
Lead and manage the proposal development process from opportunity identification through contract award and project launch. Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for customers during the bid process.
What you’ll do
• Lead preparation and submission of commercial proposals. • Coordinate proposal activities across product lines and business units. • Review and negotiate customer contract terms. • Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments. • Manage proposal documentation and handoff to project management.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree required; technical degree preferred. • Minimum 5 years relevant experience. • Experience in sales, marketing, proposal management or business development. • Strong financial, analytical, and contract review skills. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
