About the role
Manage and execute the annual sales training plan for Prosigna products. Onboard new sales reps and provide ongoing advanced training to tenured staff.
What you’ll do
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales training curriculum. • Lead onboarding and advanced training sessions. • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs teams. • Assess training effectiveness and update content. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years commercial sales training experience. • 4-year degree or equivalent experience. • Familiarity with medical sales in IVD or LDT space. • Strong coaching and communication skills. • Ability to travel 15-25% for training.
