About the role
Oversee purchasing functions including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, and ensuring timely delivery of quality materials. Maintain accurate purchasing records and build effective supplier relationships.
What you’ll do
• Inspect delivered goods for quality and specifications. • Ensure purchasing complies with policies and budgets. • Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules. • Monitor inventory and identify purchasing needs. • Prepare purchasing reports and recommend cost savings.
What you’ll bring
• Basic computer skills and Microsoft Excel proficiency. • High integrity, accountability, and attention to detail. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Strong numerical and record-keeping skills. • Minimum OND or HND in related field.
