About the role
Design and develop modular Python services and REST APIs for the EDGE V4 Calculation Engine. Support and optimize calculation capabilities and integrate with applications.
What you’ll do
• Design and develop modular Python services and REST APIs. • Translate building science formulas into Python components. • Develop calculation capabilities for energy and materials. • Build reusable libraries and data models using Python and SQL. • Optimize performance and maintain automated tests.
What you’ll bring
• Experience with Python and FastAPI. • Knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL. • Ability to write maintainable and testable code. • Familiarity with API integration and error handling. • Skills in performance optimization and asynchronous processing.
