About the role
Ensure and track quality and food safety objectives in the factory. Lead process improvements and compliance with standards.
What you’ll do
• Ensure achievement of quality and food safety objectives. • Lead process improvement and shelf-life studies. • Ensure recipe compliance and blending plans adherence. • Lead compliance to SOPs and GMP. • Supervise quality and food safety initiatives.
What you’ll bring
• Understanding of lean manufacturing. • 2-5 years relevant experience in food processing. • Excellent relationship skills. • Analytical and detail oriented. • HND/BSc in Chemical or Food Technology.
