About the role
Support implementation and monitoring of quality systems and compliance frameworks in hospital operations. Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and support quality improvement initiatives.
What you’ll do
• Support implementation of ISO, COHSASA, Kaizen, DMAIC standards. • Monitor compliance with internal controls and SOPs. • Conduct environmental, hygiene, and safety compliance checks. • Perform internal audits and spot checks. • Support staff training on QA and internal controls.
What you’ll bring
• 1-3 years experience in quality assurance or healthcare compliance. • High attention to detail and integrity. • Understanding of ISO and healthcare accreditation. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Bachelor’s degree in science related discipline.
