Quality Assurance Lead Pharmacist

About the role
Provide independent quality oversight across procurement, warehouses, fulfilment centres and retail stores. Ensure pharmaceutical and regulated products meet quality and regulatory standards.
What you’ll do
• Establish and implement company-wide QA/QC framework and SOPs. • Ensure compliance with NAFDAC, PCN, GMP and GDP. • Manage quality incidents, complaints, non-conformities and CAPA. • Build and lead QA/QC function and promote quality culture. • Oversee product inspection, supplier quality and audits.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience. • B.Pharm or Pharm.D with valid Pharmacist licence. • Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, retail or FMCG. • Strong knowledge of NAFDAC, GMP and GDP. • Strong analytical, investigation and leadership skills.
