About the role
Manage quality assurance processes to ensure food safety and product standards. Oversee production quality and regulatory compliance.
What you’ll do
• Enforce GMP, GHP, HACCP, and hygiene standards. • Supervise bottling and packaging operations. • Monitor groundnut roasting process. • Support regulatory inspections and audits. • Investigate quality deviations and customer complaints.
What you’ll bring
• 2-3 years experience in food quality assurance. • Strong attention to detail and communication skills. • Ability to work under pressure. • Knowledge of groundnut roasting and peanut butter production. • B.Sc./HND in Food Science or related field.
