About the role
Join the Provider Contact Center Quality Program to oversee compliance and improve quality across offshore operations. Conduct audits, verify transactions, and drive quality improvements in claims, inquiries, and enrollments.
What you’ll do
• Conduct audits professionally and objectively. • Plan and communicate audits within defined scope. • Maintain knowledge of audit techniques and systems. • Verify and document audit results. • Identify trends and recommend improvements.
What you’ll bring
• High school diploma or GED. • Three years claims, customer service or enrollment experience. • One year quality audit or assurance experience. • Preferred bilingual proficiency English/Spanish. • Preferred Quality 101 certification.
