About the role
Responsible for cost planning, budget management, project estimation, contract administration, and financial control of construction projects.
What you’ll do
• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, tender documents, and budgets. • Conduct quantity take-offs and measurements from drawings. • Monitor project expenditure and provide cost reports. • Prepare valuations, payment certificates, and final accounts. • Review contractors' quotations and procurement costs.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or HND in Quantity Surveying. • Minimum 7 years relevant experience in quantity surveying. • Professional registration with recognized body preferred. • Proven experience preparing BOQs and cost estimates. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and surveying software.
