About the role
The Hotel Receptionist welcomes guests, manages check-ins and check-outs, handles reservations and enquiries, and ensures professional guest service throughout their stay.
What you’ll do
• Welcome guests warmly and professionally. • Manage check-ins and check-outs accurately. • Handle room reservations and update records. • Answer calls and respond to guest enquiries. • Coordinate with other departments for guest needs.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum SSCE; OND or HND in Hospitality an advantage. • Experience in hotel reception or customer service desirable. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Basic computer knowledge and hotel software familiarity. • Honesty, patience, neatness, and attention to detail.
