About the role
Support and respond to calls on the Recovery Helpline for substance use disorder resources. Facilitate warm transfers and follow-up calls to connect callers with resources.
What you’ll do
• Respond to calls, emails, and texts about recovery resources. • Use Vision Link and MOUD Locator databases competently. • Complete call logging and quality assurance accurately. • Facilitate warm transfers and follow-up calls. • Participate in training and program meetings.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's in social or human sciences preferred. • Experience in addiction treatment or call center. • Substance Use Disorder Professional or Trainee a plus. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Private and confidential work location required.
