About the role
Manage full recruitment cycle sourcing candidates in English and French. Engage clients and candidates throughout the process.
What you’ll do
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles. • Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals. • Write and post clear job adverts. • Coordinate interviews, assessments, reference checks. • Maintain accurate applicant tracking and reports.
What you’ll bring
• Fluent in French and English, written and spoken. • 2 to 10 years recruitment experience. • Strong sourcing skills including Boolean search. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Willing to work onsite in Abuja.
