About the role
Recruiter - Sales responsible for sourcing, assessing, and attracting high-performing sales talent. Manage full recruiting lifecycle for sales roles across the business.
What you’ll do
• Build proactive talent pipelines for sales roles. • Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals. • Conduct recruiter screens and assess candidate fit. • Maintain accurate candidate data and recruiting metrics. • Support offer creation and candidate closing.
What you’ll bring
• 1+ years Talent Acquisition or recruiting experience. • Experience recruiting salespeople, preferably revenue-generating roles. • Comfortable with outbound sourcing and candidate screening. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
