About the role
Support the Talent Acquisition team administratively and operationally. Assist recruitment process including candidate sourcing, screening, and preboarding.
What you’ll do
• Support recruitment team and leaders. • Assist with career events and networking. • Manage job postings and social media. • Review resumes and screen candidates. • Partner with stakeholders to attract talent.
What you’ll bring
• Associate Degree or equivalent experience. • Minimum two years office or customer service experience. • Understanding of recruitment processes. • Familiarity with ATS and social platforms. • Experience with Workday, LinkedIn, Indeed preferred.
