About the role
Drive and enable operational excellence through continuous improvement methodologies across multiple Valmont sites. Support southern locations with extensive travel and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
What you’ll do
• Facilitate and coach continuous improvement events. • Lead cross-functional teams to improve business processes. • Diagnose workflow impediments and apply CI methodologies. • Mentor leaders to embed CI principles daily. • Establish and communicate CI metrics and reporting.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years relevant experience. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and CI tools. • Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and other CI methods. • Proven leadership in cross-functional improvement projects. • Ability to travel domestically 50-75%.
