About the role
Oversee regional operations, manage profitability, and lead team recruitment and training. Responsible for regional business performance and compliance.
What you’ll do
• Manage regional team performance and conduct coaching sessions. • Develop and implement regional growth plans. • Control inventory and reduce missing packs below 1%. • Resolve technical issues and customer complaints promptly. • Build relationships with local government and represent company legally.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Sales or related. • Minimum 5 years sales and business development experience. • Experience managing and motivating junior sales executives. • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation skills. • Analytical skills for data interpretation.
