About the role
Manage and support IELTS Test Centres in the region ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to standards. Act as mentor and lead customer service and commercial initiatives to enhance test taker experience.
What you’ll do
• Develop relationships with IELTS Test Administrators. • Ensure exemplary customer experience for test takers. • Lead regional webinars and engagement initiatives. • Provide monthly feedback to Test Centres. • Support Test Centre staff and coach managers.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. • Experience in international education or testing services. • Track record of meeting sales targets. • Strong relationship and negotiation skills. • Competent in Microsoft Office.
