About the role
Oversee operations of a housing community portfolio including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, and risk management. Supervise property and staff to ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.
What you’ll do
• Screen, hire, train, and develop on-site staff. • Manage budgets, financial reports, and cost control. • Develop marketing plans and leasing strategies. • Ensure property maintenance and emergency response. • Travel 25-50% for property visits and training.
What you’ll bring
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s preferred. • Minimum 5 years in Regional Supervisor role. • Certified Apartment Manager or Accredited Resident Manager preferred. • Basic computer skills and software knowledge. • Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
