About the role
Lead and manage a portfolio of branches within a defined region to achieve strategic business objectives. Provide leadership to Branch Managers and drive performance across sales, service and cash operations.
What you’ll do
• Provide direction in business development and operations. • Manage client relationships and sales potential in South-South and South-East Nigeria. • Market SIAML’s products and services to target clientele. • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulatory bodies. • Supervise and mentor SIAML staff in the region.
What you’ll bring
• First Degree in Economics. • Master Degree in Business Administration. • 8-10 years in relationship management, sales and client services. • Strong experience in sales, service, operations, and risk management. • Competent in managerial budgeting and written communication.
