About the role
Lead and inspire a team of Regional Sales Managers to exceed sales goals in the APAC region. Drive new logo acquisition and account expansion for Cribl's telemetry infrastructure platform.
What you’ll do
• Recruit and lead 5-7 Enterprise Sales Reps. • Build sales team and future sales leaders. • Develop business plan to exceed sales goals. • Manage sales ecosystem from lead to close. • Contribute to go-to-market strategy development.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years leading Enterprise sales teams. • Experience scaling Singapore sales team. • Proven track record of annual overachievement. • Experience with security channel partners sales. • Familiarity with SAAS sales and complex cycles.
