About the role
Lead sales efforts in the Pacific Northwest region focusing on benefits brokers and employers. Drive revenue and build strategic partnerships to improve healthcare access and reduce costs.
What you’ll do
• Own revenue responsibilities for OR, ID, MT, HI territories. • Meet quarterly sales quotas independently. • Build and grow broker and advisor partnerships. • Develop and win strategic Gold Advisor relationships. • Shape territory strategy with partner roles.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in quota-carrying sales or sales support. • Experience with benefits brokers and consultants. • Health insurance experience preferred. • Desire to work in a fast-evolving startup. • Strong presentation and communication skills.
