About the role
Manage regional sales operations for Sunplast's plastic products across Lagos, Asaba, and Kano. Develop sales strategies, lead teams, and expand market share.
What you’ll do
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities. • Manage distributor performance and sales forecasting. • Develop and implement regional sales strategies. • Lead and supervise field sales representatives. • Build and maintain distributor and key account relationships.
What you’ll bring
• HND or BSc in Marketing or related discipline. • 6-10 years sales experience in plastics or FMCG. • Experience in sales forecasting and credit management. • Proven leadership in regional sales operations. • Proficiency in Excel and CRM systems.
