About the role
Lead operational performance and growth of SEND therapeutic services across a region. Manage clinical teams, stakeholder engagement, and service development.
What you’ll do
• Lead operational and commercial performance of SEND services. • Oversee referrals, capacity, workforce and service utilisation. • Provide leadership to multidisciplinary clinical and operational teams. • Monitor KPIs and drive service improvement. • Build relationships with local authorities, NHS, schools and commissioners.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in senior operational or service management role. • Strong knowledge of SEND Therapy and local authority commissioning. • Experience in SEND, neurodevelopment or related environment. • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. • Experience using KPIs and data to drive improvement.
