About the role
Drive merchant and business lending sales to grow the loan book profitably across assigned merchant segments. Manage loan origination, portfolio, and merchant engagement through payment solutions.
What you’ll do
• Originate and close merchant and SME loan deals. • Manage end-to-end loan sales execution. • Build and manage a high-quality loan book. • Drive repeat borrowing and loan up-sell. • Monitor KPIs and market lending trends.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline. • 8+ years in merchant or SME lending. • Strong cashflow-based lending knowledge. • Experience managing loan portfolio of N2B+. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
