About the role
Drive merchant and business lending sales with focus on profitable loan book growth. Manage loan origination, portfolio, and merchant engagement through payment solutions.
What you’ll do
• Build and manage high-quality loan book. • Originate and close merchant and SME loan deals. • Own end-to-end loan sales execution. • Drive repeat borrowing and loan up-sell. • Conduct merchant visits and monitor KPIs.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years in merchant or SME lending. • Proven loan book growth and sales achievement. • Manage lending portfolio of minimum N2B+. • Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline. • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
