About the role
Drive merchant and business lending sales to grow the loan book profitably across assigned merchant segments. Manage loan origination, portfolio, and merchant engagement through payment solutions.
What you’ll do
• Build and manage a high-quality loan book. • Work with credit and risk teams for underwriting. • Execute end-to-end loan sales process. • Achieve loan volume and portfolio growth targets. • Drive adoption of offline payment solutions.
What you’ll bring
• Manage lending portfolio of minimum N2B+. • 8+ years in merchant or SME lending. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Understand cashflow-based lending and underwriting. • Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline.
