• Align lending activities with credit policies and regulations. • Execute customer acquisition and conversion strategies. • Drive growth of digital lending and deposit products. • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams. • Build and manage strategic relationships with stakeholders.
What you’ll bring
• Knowledge of electronic banking and digital lending platforms. • Understanding of Nigerian lending dynamics. • Experience in financial analysis and sales techniques. • 4–8 years in digital banking or credit sales. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
