About the role
A Relationship Officer generates leads, builds loan portfolios, maintains good customer relationships, and follows up on loans disbursed.
What you’ll do
• Identify and acquire new customers through sales and networking. • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. • Promote and explain loan and financial products. • Understand customers' financial needs and recommend products. • Support customers through loan application and documentation.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or HND in related fields. • 2-3 years experience in loan sales or related areas. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Good customer service and relationship-building skills. • Ability to confidently engage customers.
