About the role
Design and operate observability platforms for metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting. Ensure system reliability and actionable insights for engineering and business teams.
What you’ll do
• Design and operate metrics, logging, tracing, alerting platforms. • Focus on usability, signal quality, and operational ROI. • Manage full observability stack from collection to dashboards. • Translate telemetry into actionable insights. • Integrate observability with CI/CD and incident management.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. • 5+ years in SRE, platform engineering, or observability roles. • Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and commercial platforms. • Strong knowledge of OpenTelemetry and distributed tracing. • Proficiency in Go, Python, or Java.
