About the role
Manage the full services renewal lifecycle for a global portfolio of customer accounts. Ensure successful execution of recurring services revenue through strategic renewal processes.
What you’ll do
• Own and manage renewal book of business. • Apply customer segmentation strategies. • Conduct pre-renewal usage and health reviews. • Deliver renewal proposals and negotiate terms. • Collaborate with Legal and Finance for contract execution.
What you’ll bring
• 1–2+ years in renewals or services sales. • Experience managing renewals at scale in SaaS. • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills. • Familiarity with recurring revenue metrics. • Proficiency in Salesforce and contract management tools.
