About the role
Implement backend changes, test and debug services, and build knowledge of insurance workflows. Work with experienced engineers on the Evolve insurance management platform.
What you’ll do
• Build features and bug fixes in Java and Spring Boot. • Develop and update REST APIs and SQL queries. • Submit changes through Git branches and pull requests. • Write and maintain unit and integration tests. • Investigate issues and communicate clearly.
What you’ll bring
• Ability to write basic automated tests. • Understanding of OOP, data structures, algorithms. • Degree in CS or related field or equivalent training. • Foundational Java and Spring Boot skills. • Basic knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, and Git.
