About the role
Review and verify departmental and employee reports for accuracy and completeness. Identify discrepancies and track corrective actions to resolution.
What you’ll do
• Review daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. • Verify information against Odoo and company records. • Identify missing info, errors, duplicates, discrepancies. • Audit purchasing, projects, orders, inventory, invoicing. • Document findings and track corrective actions until resolved.
What you’ll bring
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills. • Experience with Odoo or comparable ERP system. • Experience reviewing reports and verifying documentation. • Strong spreadsheet and data-analysis skills. • Ability to work independently across departments.
