About the role
Manage repossession and remarketing processes supporting members with delinquent accounts. Coordinate actions with internal partners and third-party vendors ensuring compliance and operational accuracy.

• Support members with delinquent accounts respectfully. • Coordinate repossession and remarketing activities. • Complete account reviews and operational steps. • Monitor inventory and account status. • Communicate with partners to resolve workflow issues.
What you’ll bring
• 5–7 years collections experience. • 5–7 years repossession experience. • Strong problem-solving and detail orientation. • Effective communication and collaboration skills. • Knowledge of lending regulations and policies.
